Qualifications

• Strong AI fluency with practical experience applying AI-assisted development, automation, ML/DL
• Proven leadership experience managing software engineers and technical teams
• Experience delivering high-volume consumer products and services with scalable architectures

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and managers to deliver product and platform roadmaps with high execution quality and reliability.
• Drive AI-first engineering practices by embedding AI-assisted development, automation, ML/DL systems, and productivity tools.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and software technologies to improve product innovation and platform scalability.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Research, and operations leaders on roadmaps, AI initiatives, platform modernization, and debt reduction.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, security, observability, and production readiness.
• Define and track engineering KPIs for delivery velocity, product quality, and operational health.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and leadership development.
