Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking an AI Engineer to drive AI-first transformation, designing, shipping, and operating production-grade AI systems. You will work with an AI Solution Architect and AI Verification Architect, guiding coding agents to deliver reliable SaaS features.

The role emphasizes ownership of outcomes, collaboration with product teams, and a path from prototype to production using Claude Code in iterative cycles.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in cloud-native development using the Microsoft stack.
• Experience with CI/CD and test‑driven development.
• Proven AI First delivery with agentic workflows and production systems.
• Hands-on design and operation of multi‑agent systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade AI features and agents for SaaS platforms.
• Lead agentic development across enterprise systems with architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain AI prompts, agent skills, and context packages.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and measurable business value of AI work.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
