Job summary

You'll lead DevOps frameworks, drive tool selection, and ensure secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines while aligning with Salesforce best practices. Travel is anticipated 50-75% for Architect level.

Qualifications

• : 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience or 10+ years of CRM experience with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform, with focus on DevOps, release management, and CI/CD implementation.
• : Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Experience, Industries (Vlocity), and Data Cloud.
• : Strong understanding of environment management, release management, version control practices, and deployment methodologies.
• : Understanding of branching strategies (Git Flow, Trunk-based development, Feature branching).
• : Salesforce Development Lifecycle – Metadata API, SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Apex, SOQL, LWC.
• : Salesforce Release & Deployment Strategies – Sandbox management, source-driven development, Change Sets, Unlocked & Managed Packages.
• : Experience with CI/CD tools: Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI.
• : Version control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Azure Repos.
• : Docker image building, orchestration, and pipelines; security integration into CI/CD.
• : Test automation tools: Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, JMeter, ApexUnit.
• : Code quality/security tools: SonarQube, Checkmarx, PMD.
• : Knowledge of performance monitoring tools: Salesforce Event Monitoring, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.
• : Strong client-facing communication; ability to lead projects.
• : Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent; Salesforce certifications (active or pending).
• : Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• : Support pre‑sales activities, including discovery and PoC development.
• : Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support implementations.
• : Champion an AI-first DevOps workflow to accelerate development, CI/CD, security, governance.
• : Travel to client sites as needed (Architect level: 50-75%).
