Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an AI and Data Product Manager to lead the transformation of workflows around AI, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications and data products.

The role sits at the intersection of business ops, data science, ML engineering, and customers, delivering scalable, responsible AI-driven insights in mortgage and market data contexts. You will decompose workflows, define success metrics, and collaborate with risk/compliance to ensure

Qualifications

Experience building AI/ML-powered products.
Ability to map and ship data products.
Strong agile product management experience.
Familiarity with SQL and analytics tools.
Ability to translate machine learning into usable products.

Responsibilities

Map and decompose existing business workflows end-to-end to identify AI opportunities.
Reimagine processes around AI rather than layering on top, prioritizing by volume, variance and verifiability.
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for AI apps and data products.
Size opportunities with ROI assumptions and focus on measurable outputs.
Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to translate models into production-grade products.
Define success metrics; establish evals and monitor model performance in production.
Architect human-in-the-loop workflows and expand automation after proven phases.
Productize proprietary data assets into APIs, feeds, and dashboards.
