Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking an AI and Data Product Manager to lead the transformation of workflows around AI, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications and data products. Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience building AI/ML-powered products, data products, or workflow-automation solutions.
• A demonstrable example of entering a domain cold, mapping workflows, and shipping measurable AI initiatives.
• Strong process-decomposition skills to map and score steps by volume, variance, and verifiability.
• Practical AI literacy: understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation design (no coding required).
• Empirical mindset with experience designing evals, blind reviews, A/B tests, and data-driven decisions.
• Data literacy with SQL and analytics tools to define metrics and inform decisions.
• Change-management experience to translate insights to non-technical teams.
• Ability to recall metrics from shipped products (hallucination rate, retrieval precision, etc.).
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience and managing a product backlog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain probabilistic systems to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose existing business workflows end-to-end to identify AI opportunities.
• Reimagine processes around AI; prioritize by volume, variance, and verifiability.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for AI/data products.
• Size AI opportunities with evidence-based ROI assumptions.
• Partner with data science and ML engineering to translate models into production-grade products.
• Define acceptance criteria, evaluation methods, and monitor model performance in production.
• Architect human-in-the-loop workflows and expand automation after proven phases.
• Productize ICE’s data assets into APIs, data feeds, datasets, dashboards, and embedded analytics.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and manage backlog in Agile/Scrum.
