Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering AI/ML powered products or data products.
• Ability to map and decompose complex workflows and identify AI leverage points.
• Experience translating models into production-grade products with governance.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose existing business workflows end-to-end before applying AI.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for AI apps and data products.
• Partner with data science and ML engineering to translate models into reliable products.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitor model performance in production.
• Drive change management and adoption of AI-driven workflows.
• Champion responsible AI with governance, bias, and explainability.
