Commerce is seeking an AI-first Data Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Data Engineering team. You will own the Snowflake- and Airflow-based platforms powering reporting, analytics, AI, and data products, while building a team that treats AI agents as first-class teammates in the data lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive the technical roadmap, and embed agentic tools into daily work, balancing speed with quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers.
• Own the technical roadmap and architecture for Enterprise Data platform (Snowflake + Airflow).
• Embed agentic tools into daily workflow for pipeline development, testing, and code review.
• Coach engineers on agentic data engineering with guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.
• Translate data needs into reliable, well-governed data products with stakeholders.
