Job summary

Lagrange Point International is seeking a visionary Senior VP of Product & Technology to unify product strategy and platform execution across a global enterprise SaaS platform, with a strong focus on risk, governance and compliance.

This role leads AI transformation, drives large-scale modernization, and partners with the CEO and Board. You will shape the global engineering organisation, including hubs in India, to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years in product or technology leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS, GRC, risk, compliance or cybersecurity.
Proven expertise in large-scale platform modernisation and transformation.
Strong hands-on AI expertise, including AI integration across products and engineering workflows.
Executive ownership across product and technology, with Board engagement experience.
Experience building and leading globally distributed teams, including engineering hubs in India.

Responsibilities

Own the Vision: Unify product strategy, platform architecture and engineering execution around measurable business outcomes.
Lead AI Transformation: Embed AI across product capabilities and engineering workflows.
Modernise at Scale: Drive platform transformation, architecture simplification, reliability and engineering velocity.
Influence at the Top: Partner with the CEO and Board while building and leading a high-performing global organisation.
