Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an early-career Cloud Support Engineer who blends technical expertise with customer empathy and an AI-first mindset. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, improve knowledge bases, and reduce time to resolution while maintaining safety and accuracy.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will manage customer cases, drive time-to-resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in technical support (24x7).
• Strong AI fluency, prompt engineering, and validation.
• Experience with AI-powered tooling and support environments.
• Troubleshooting skills: SQL, log analysis, Python/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from triage to resolution.
• Use AI tools to accelerate triage and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Document solutions in knowledge bases.
• Support on-call rotations and incident management.
