Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy or transformation within enterprise B2B technology.
• Experience leading ambiguous, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with executive influence.
• Proven ability to design scalable operating models and governance that deliver measurable impact.
• Deep analytical skills translating data into executive-level insights and durable decisions.
• Experience applying AI to redesign workflows and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply first-principles problem solving to deconstruct strategic challenges and build scalable models.
• Drive AI-first approaches to workflows and operating systems.
• Embed data-driven decision making into planning, reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
