HackerOne is seeking a Business Operations Director who can structure complex problems from first principles and drive measurable outcomes. You will work directly with executive and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into tangible results.

You will lead AI-powered initiatives and scalable operating models, embedding data-driven planning and performance management across the organization. This role emphasizes change agility, mentorship, and enterprise-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or transformation within enterprise B2B technology organizations.
• Proven ability to lead highly ambiguous enterprise initiatives and influence executive decisions.
• Experience designing scalable operating models and governance for enterprise systems.
• Deep analytical expertise translating data into executive-level insights and durable business decisions.
• Experience applying AI technologies to redesign workflows and scale business operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply first-principles problem solving to deconstruct complex strategic and operational challenges and create scalable operating models.
• Drive an AI-first approach to business operations by reimagining workflows and designing AI-powered operating systems.
• Embed data-driven decision making into executive planning, forecasting, and performance management with trusted metrics and decision frameworks.
• Demonstrate change agility by helping leaders navigate evolving priorities and enabling teams to execute through change.
• Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on strategic planning and operating cadence.
• Design scalable business processes, governance models, and operating mechanisms to improve execution and reduce friction.
• Mentor peers and leaders by sharing strategic frameworks and systems thinking.
