Deltek, Inc. is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join a cloud-native, AI-first development team building a next-generation Project Portfolio Management SaaS platform in the United States.

You will contribute to real customer outcomes while learning modern software engineering practices and agentic development workflows with Claude Code. The role emphasizes collaborating with cross-functional teams, rapid learning, and hands-on delivery across APIs, services, and UI components.

Competenze

• Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and software development fundamentals.
• Interest in cloud technologies and modern SaaS architectures.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, or design activities.

Mansioni

• Contribute to development of a cloud-native, microservices-based platform.
• Build and enhance APIs, UI components, backend services, and automated workflows.
• Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted tools to plan, implement, test, review, and improve software.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-focused engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and engineering teams to understand customer problems and deliver outcomes.
• Explore AI-driven capabilities such as automation, intelligent insights, copilots, and agentic development workflows.
