You will lead outside counsel, design workflows, and shape playbooks for scalable legal operations, all while maintaining rigorous risk oversight and business judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation background with end-to-end dispute management.
• Breadth to handle contracts, employment, compliance, corporate matters in-house.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑first legal practice and how tools can transform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct outside counsel; control budgets and strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on employment, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Build AI‑augmented legal workflows, playbooks, templates for scalable work.
• Evaluate and deploy AI legal tools; champion effective solutions.
• Partner with operations, product, and compliance to spot risk early.
• Provide business‑mounded counsel on exposure, risk, and resolution paths.
