Job summary

iFlow Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a seasoned AI FinOps, Cost & Contracts Analyst for a 6-month contract to establish financial governance for enterprise AI initiatives, optimize spending, and manage vendor contracts.

You will build TCO models, show back and chargeback schemes, and deliver dashboards and ROI analyses to guide investment decisions with strong collaboration across procurement, finance, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FinOps, FP&A, or cloud cost management.
• Experience with TCO, cost optimization, and AI economics.
• Experience designing show back, chargeback and cost recovery models.
• Strong Excel and BI reporting skills using tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI FinOps processes including forecasting and budgeting.
• Design show back, chargeback, and cost recovery models.
• Analyze AI platform costs across cloud, licensing, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Partner with procurement, finance, legal, and tech teams on vendor contracts and licensing.
• Build financial dashboards and executive reporting on AI spend and ROI.
