Job summary

EY seeks an AI Finance Manager to support data management strategy for finance applications, leveraging Gen AI and ML to improve planning, reporting, and close processes. You will help develop the FDL Blueprint, ensure data architecture integrity, and enable informed decision‑making across finance personas.

You’ll collaborate with Data Lead, Product Owner for FDL, and finance SMRs to apply ML/Gen AI to finance app personas, driving scalable, secure data models and governance in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, OneStream/Tagetik).
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and master data management for finance apps.

• Lead design and delivery of system architecture solutions with technical teams.
• Tailor platforms to business processes to maximize investment value and continuous improvement.
