Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Finance Manager to support the Finance Applications Data Lead, applying deep expertise in finance applications, data management, and Gen AI to enable trusted decision-making across finance personas.

The role will drive development of the FDL Blueprint, ensure scalable data models, and collaborate with data scientists and finance SMEs to advance machine learning initiatives while maintaining data quality and governance. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency with FP&A platforms and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of finance data architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
• Align platforms with business processes to maximize ROI and data quality.
• Manage complex processes and projects with risk management and quality focus.
