Job summary

EY seeks an AI Finance Manager to support the Finance Applications Data Lead, driving data management for finance apps including planning, reporting, and close/consolidation. The role combines finance domain expertise with enterprise data governance, data quality, and Gen AI applications to develop the FDL blueprint for scalable, interoperable data models across finance systems.

The candidate will work with data scientists and finance SMRs to apply ML/Gen AI techniques and ensure governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, CS.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream/Tagetik).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of system architecture solutions with technical teams.
• Tailor platforms to business processes to maximize investment value and enable continuous improvement.
• Manage complex FP&A processes, ensuring quality and risk management in client engagements.
