Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will work with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI workloads, guide evaluations, deployments, and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.
• Strong Python and AI/ML framework experience; knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs is preferred.
• Experience designing AI solutions and deploying apps in cloud environments; hardware installation experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering; experience with CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus.
• Languages: English, Mandarin and Malay would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia.
• Guide technical evaluations and deployments; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, demonstrations, and PoC delivery.
