Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer in a remote role based in North America, with preferred hubs in Santa Clara, CA; Boston, MA; or Toronto, ON. You will bridge customers, sales, and R&D to drive adoption of AI products and solutions.

You’ll engage in meetings and workshops, translate AI concepts to stakeholders, and shape future product enhancements with feedback from customers. All levels are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technical experience in field roles.
• Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture or AI accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Partner with sales operations and product teams to feedback from customers.
• Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
