Job summary

NVIDIA in Austin, TX seeks a Solutions Architect to join the AI Factory infrastructure deployment team. You will help architect and scale high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or in the cloud, working with GPU systems and customers to design deployment solutions.

This role requires deep technical customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations, and travel about 25–30%.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or CS.
• 5+ years in high-tech IT with CSP, SRE, virtualization exposure.
• 4+ years with Kubernetes, Slurm, Docker, etc.
• Proficiency with AI tools and monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance distributed AI infrastructure on-prem or in the cloud.
• Be technical specialist on GPU and networking products supporting account managers.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with engineers and customers.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements for CSP/OEM AI market.
• Provide on-site support for hardware/software problems focusing on deep learning.
• Lead product lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life with customer satisfaction.
• Maintain NVIDIA infrastructure components at customer sites.
• Offer technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
• Travel roughly 25-30%.
