Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the AI Factory infrastructure deployment team to architect and scale AI infrastructure for data centers and edge deployments. You will couple deep GPU and networking product expertise with customer engagements to drive builds and solutions.

You'll travel 25-30% and work across on-prem and cloud environments, guiding the product through design-in to end-of-life while ensuring customer satisfaction and strong collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance, distributed AI infra on-prem or cloud.
• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales builds.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with customer engineers and managers.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in CSP/OEM AI markets.
• Provide on-site support to solve hardware and software problems, focused on deep learning inference.
• Lead the product lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life with customer satisfaction.
• Maintain NVIDIA infrastructure components at customer sites and document findings.
• Offer technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
• Travel approximately 25-30%.
