Job summary

NVIDIA in Austin, TX, is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, crafting hardware, networking, and storage solutions for enterprise customers.

You will troubleshoot complex deployments, collaborate with sales teams, and guide customers through cloud integrations with NVIDIA Cloud Partners, delivering time-to-value and scalable NVIDIA AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in system design or technical customer support, incl. cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling.
• Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware (servers, storage, network devices).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
• Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
• Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and product requirements.
• Support engagement with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to accelerate deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments.
