Job summary

V2X is expanding its global network and security operations. The role focuses on deploying and maintaining a Zero Trust, AI-optimized network backbone supporting enterprise AI workloads and LLM traffic.

You will implement SASE, configure firewalls and virtual/physical devices, and automate with Ansible, Terraform, and Python to ensure secure, scalable connectivity across cloud environments. Strong security clearances are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, and security operations.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture, SASE platforms, and IAM.
• Hands-on with IaC (Ansible, Terraform) and Python scripting.
• Ability to travel and obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain a modern AI-optimized network with SASE and Zero Trust.
• Provide Tier II/III support for campus networks and telecom infrastructure.
• Develop IaC to automate configurations and deployments.
• Configure hybrid cloud and on-prem networks for low latency AI workloads.
• Maintain security, performance, and scalability of the network.
