Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and AI solution development.
• Hands-on work with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience building scalable data and AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or solution delivery roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand Retail/CPG processes and challenges.
• Participate in domain immersion and knowledge transfer sessions on retail workflows.
• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered agents and applications on Fabric.
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to improve solution accuracy and adoption.
• Measure business impact through performance improvements and efficiency gains.
• Support enterprise AI platforms and Fabric-based data solutions.
• Contribute to AI governance, data quality, and best-practice frameworks.
• Partner with Microsoft and client executives during workshops and reviews.
