Weekday AI is seeking an experienced recruiter and interviewer for a fully remote engagement focused on AI training data. You will conduct structured expert interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations to ensure high-quality expert contributors.

The role requires about 10 hours per week, interviews during weekday business hours overlapping with US Eastern Time, and compensation of $50-$60 per hour.

• Verify availability, work authorization, scheduling flexibility, and exclusivity concerns.
• Assign clear hiring recommendations (Advance, Hold, Pass) with evidence-based summaries.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the program team to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
