Formación

• Substantial experience leading complex business execution or transformation initiatives.
• Proven success managing multiple cross-functional workstreams with interdependent deliverables.
• Strong project-management discipline, including milestone management, risk identification, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to create concise, executive-ready materials.

Responsabilidades

• Translate AI priorities into clear work plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and target dates for ULO AI initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and operational readiness activities; moving work from planning through implementation.
• Maintain integrated project plans, action logs, decision trackers, risk and issue logs, and dependency maps to align leaders and teams.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, change management, and other partners in a matrixed environment.
• Prepare concise executive updates that highlight progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and next steps; facilitate working sessions and drive follow-up actions to completion.
