Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain misalignments in writing. This remote, flexible role lets you work on your schedule from home or while traveling.

You will rate outputs on naturalness, usefulness, and adherence to prompts, then provide precise English explanations describing what looked off and why it matters for AI quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Eligible from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming/replaying, to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mis-matched audio.
• Write detailed explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
