Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on your own schedule. You will engage with AI voice models, rate responses, and explain in writing what looked off or misaligned, remotely and flexibly.

You’ll help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs and providing precise feedback. Applicants worldwide are welcome, with free access to leading LLMs and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and writing is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, misalignment, and AI artifacts.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
