Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will interact with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to assess prompt adherence and quality. You’ll explain issues in writing to help improve AI systems.

The role is fully remote, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Candidates worldwide can apply, with roles paid hourly and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a nice to have.
• Able to explain findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals, flicker, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation of what you saw or heard in English.
