Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely and on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what’s off with precise, written reasoning.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which aligns with prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misaligned audio/video and explain findings in writing.
