Job summary

Outlier is hiring for a remote, flexible‑hour role reviewing AI‑generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and write explanations of what is off, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15/hr, with weekly payments via ACH/PayPal/AirTM and access to leading LLMs. The role is a 1099 contract and open to international applicants; you can work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence‑based explanations or reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland and more.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely by zooming in and replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation of what you saw or heard.
