Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks an AI Intern for Enterprise Agent Development to design, develop, and optimize AI agents across enterprise systems from ERP to CRM.

The role emphasizes building task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models. You will collaborate with product and business teams to deploy solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios, with Mandarin and English fluency for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI Agents.
• Build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.
