Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. seeks an Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI agents for scalable enterprise use.

You will implement task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration with large language models, and connect agents to ERP, CRM, OA, and supply chain systems to automate cross‑system processes. The role requires a Master’s degree or higher in CS/AI/SE with 3+ years’ experience, strong Java/Python skills, and hands‑on framework experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS/AI/SE or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals with Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize enterprise AI Agents.
• Build capabilities like task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using LLMs.
• Integrate AI Agents with ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems to automate processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world scenarios.

Job Title: Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer
Supervisor: Head of AI for Industry, Digital & Intelligent Technology Center
Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)
Compensation: Targeting $150,000 - $180,000 based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI Agents.
• Build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years work experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands‑on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying enterprise AI Agent solutions.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, or order management systems.
• Familiarity with MCP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and RBAC.
• Experience with complex workflow orchestration, multi-Agent collaboration, or private deployment of large language models.
