Job summary

C5i is seeking a library analyst to manage databases, subscriptions, and the internal knowledge system. You will support access, cataloging, and SharePoint pages, helping colleagues find and use research resources effectively.

You’ll analyze data for monthly stats, prepare reports, create user guides, and assist in library programs. Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential to thrive in C5i’s fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with library experience.
• Experience with library systems, cataloging, and data reporting.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic resource and systems management for databases and subscriptions.
• Data analysis and monthly statistics reporting support.
• User engagement, instruction, and digital content creation.
• Research access services including ILL and cataloging support.
• Administrative and collaborative support across teams.
