Quadmark is seeking an E-Learning Developer for a 6-month FTC, remote-first and full-time. You will transform learning content into engaging digital experiences using Sana Learn, with a focus on quality and learner journeys.

You'll collaborate with designers and project leads, embrace AI to speed development, and ensure client-ready courses. The role rewards curiosity, attention to detail, and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience building digital learning content using an e-learning authoring tool; Sana Learn experience a bonus.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering polished, robust work.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently; manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity about AI and its possibilities for digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive e-learning modules in Sana Learn with quizzes and branching.
• Ensure quality and client-ready course builds.
• Explore Sana AI and other smart tools to speed up development.
• Solve technical challenges while balancing creativity with feasibility.
• Collaborate with designers, project leads and the wider team.
• Share ideas and continuously improve future builds.
