Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency for on-call events.
• Working knowledge of core cybersecurity toolsets: EDR, Email Security Gateway, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IAM, and CASB.
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools as a core part of daily workflow and quick adoption.
• Ability to spot repetitive work and automate it.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning and cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to cyber incidents with increasing independence using documented playbooks.
• Investigate and triage security alerts, correlating data across tools to determine scope and severity.
• Use AI-assisted investigation tools to accelerate triage and root-cause analysis.
• Escalate significant events with clear findings.
• Support phishing response, email remediation, and user follow-up.
• Contribute to runbooks, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing and post-incident reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
