Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency during active events.
• Working knowledge of EDR, Email Security Gateway, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IAM, and CASB.
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools as a core part of daily workflow.
• Ability to spot manual, repetitive work and automate it.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Interest in cybersecurity trends and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to cyber incidents with growing independence, following documented playbooks and escalation procedures.
• Investigate and triage security alerts, correlating data to determine scope and severity.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate triage and enrich context across incidents.
• Escalate significant events with clear, documented findings.
• Monitor security events, logs, and behavioral indicators across the environment.
• Support phishing response, remediation, and user follow-up.
• Contribute to runbooks, knowledge bases, and SOPs.
