Job summary

Credit Union of Texas in Allen, TX is seeking a Card Operations Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for credit, debit, prepaid, and mobile wallet cards. You will assist members and internal teams with inquiries, disputes, and service requests, process card maintenance and transaction research, and support daily reconciliation.

This role uses CUTX-approved AI tools with human-in-the-loop review, documents cases, and maintains compliance with Regulation E and Z.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related financial institution or customer service experience.
• Experience with credit/debit cards preferred.
• Familiarity with Regulation E or Regulation Z preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone and email relating to card products and features.
• Process card maintenance tasks and transaction research; assist with disputes and fraud cases.
• Review documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for each action taken.
• Coordinate with branches and Accounting to support reconciliation and resolution.
