Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of BA experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong expertise in Deposits, Loans, and Payments.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Translate requirements into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).
• Apply AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and delivery.
• Design AI-driven SDLC improvements and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams.
• Track requirements, defects, and project progress with JIRA.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, production readiness.
