Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an AI Engineering Manager for a remote role with travel. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, architect solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and manage delivery with client-facing leadership.

Strong cloud experience and Python proficiency are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with major cloud providers, mentoring junior staff, and delivering scalable, secure AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Cloud AI/ML platform certifications are a plus.
• Track record delivering AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale with client relationships.
• Hands-on experience with two major cloud AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Python with API development, microservices, containers, and CI/CD.
• Experience in building conversational AI/chatbots or generative AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of AI/ML solutions using cloud AI services.
• Define architectures that integrate LLMs, generative AI, and traditional ML with enterprise platforms.
• Manage AI projects including architecture, model development, integration, testing, and ensure compliance and scalability; partner with clients to translate objectives into solutions.
• Lead workshops with executives and stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps and manage timelines and risks; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with partners (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce) to incorporate ecosystem innovations.
• Stay current with AI/ML technologies and evaluate applicability for client needs.
