Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our client's AI & Data Labs team. This remote position requires travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and PTO.

You will develop GenAI/LLM applications, integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI/ML, CS/engineering degrees, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or cloud tech.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in Python or similar language used in AI/ML.
• Familiar with conversational AI frameworks and APIs; Claude preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and team-oriented, client-focused.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI / LLM apps and integrations under senior guidance.
• Develop and test AI models, conversational agents, and workflows.
• Assist with data prep, transformation, and validation for model training.
• Configure AI solutions into enterprise apps using cloud platforms.
• Document processes, code, and workflows; collaborate to troubleshoot issues.
• Stay current with AI tools and frameworks and apply to client projects.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and respectful work environment.
