Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 8-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and deploying production-grade systems in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 5+ years translating client/business requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless designs.
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 2+ years designing and deploying generative AI/LLM solutions (agents, RAG, tool-calling) in production or client environments.
• Hands-on production AI engineering practices: evaluation, guardrails, observability, reliability, security, cost/performance management.
• Ability to work independently within a client environment and codebase.
• Experience enabling automation that integrates with monitoring/ITSM/GRC platforms for controls and evidence workflows.
• Experience leading client enablement activities and contributing to reusable AI accelerators.
• Exposure to disaster recovery/Business continuity/third-party resilience concepts is a plus.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled solutions inside a client's environment using live data and systems.
• Ensure AI deployments meet production-grade standards for guardrails, observability, reliability, security, and cost.
• Develop automated controls and workflows for disaster recovery and continuity operations.
• Create AI-enabled controls and evidence collection to produce audit-ready evidence across cybersecurity and resilience programs.
• Translate client needs into production-grade AI solutions aligned to target architecture.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues.
• Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Lead client workshops and training to drive adoption and hand off to client teams.
• Oversee client delivery: scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Extend reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices to build client capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and lead workstreams within engagements.
