Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software/AI experience.
• 1+ years of leading or managing software/AI teams.
• Experience delivering production AI solutions in a cloud environment.
• Strong Python and other modern languages.
• Experience with AI app development and LLMs.
• Solid software engineering practices: architecture, CI/CD, observability.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear engineering work.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities
