MITRE’s L576 Department is seeking an intern to contribute to AI‑enabled decision support research. You will review literature, prepare data, implement methods, and document results, while developing data pipelines and visualization components.

You will collaborate with mentors, gain exposure to human‑AI teaming, and participate in evaluations with stakeholders, following responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Current full‑time student pursuing BS/MS/PhD in a relevant AI‑focused discipline and returning to school after the internship.
• Sustained excellence in academic performance; coursework in machine learning.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to research, prototyping, and evaluation of AI‑enabled decision support capabilities.
• Develop and test models and software components for data pipelines, analysis, and visualization; write clean, reproducible code.
