Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python or another programming language used in AI/ML.
• Exposure to ML, NLP, or LLM concepts through coursework or projects.
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in responsible AI, privacy and security considerations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: APIs, cloud platforms, or chatbot AI experience.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply foundational AI/ML concepts through hands-on project work.
• Develop and improve features for AI-powered applications.
• Troubleshoot issues in AI systems with guidance from senior engineers.
• Support testing and quality checks to ensure reliability and safety.
• Review security and access configurations for AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to translate needs.
