Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an Engineering Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives, coordinating architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders to achieve measurable business value.

You will manage plans, risks, and milestones while upholding AI governance and security standards, with a track record of delivering enterprise AI transformations. Strong stakeholder skills and certifications (PMP/SAFe/Scrum Master) are preferred.

Qualifications

8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs preferred.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments preferred.
