The Position

We're looking to hire an AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in two primary ways:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver software solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and a positive, proactive attitude.
