The Position:

We're looking to hire an AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in two ways:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to work through complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take ownership of work and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
