Research and Recruitment Consultant | HPC, CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs

We’re working with a startup redefining how B2B companies connect with their customers by integrating AI agents to transform customer operations. Their mission is to seamlessly blend digital and human touchpoints, delivering high-touch service at scale while maintaining a human-centered approach.

The founding team has extensive experience in generative AI and automation, with backgrounds at leading tech firms. Backed by top-tier investors and industry veterans, they're focused on elevating enterprise customer experiences through AI-driven solutions.

As an early engineering hire, you'll collaborate with the technical co-founder to architect and build core systems from scratch, shaping both the product and engineering culture.

This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates in California and then New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agent architecture and orchestration systems
• Build and refine RAG pipelines for enterprise data integration
• Create memory and knowledge graph systems that evolve with user interactions
• Implement AI observability and quality monitoring tools
• Develop predictive models for customer insights, including churn and growth
• Design sentiment analysis and intent detection systems

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years in production ML engineering, with at least 2 years in startups and 2 years in AI-focused roles
• Skills: Expertise in LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, NLP, and deploying AI systems
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
