Job summary

LTM in Irving, TX seeks an AI Engineer to lead the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem for secure enterprise knowledge discovery and retrieval across store operations and maintenance workflows.

You will design scalable agent workflows, apply prompt engineering, and optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise content repositories and APIs. Onsite role requiring 5+ years of experience in AI architecture and GenAI techniques.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem to enable secure discovery of enterprise knowledge
• Deliver accurate, explainable, and context-aware recommendations for store ops and maintenance workflows
• Design and develop scalable AI agent workflows using the Agentic Framework
• Apply prompt engineering to improve agent interaction and task accuracy
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and semantic search
• Architect multiagent orchestration for complex AI workflows
• Develop AI agents based on the Agentic Framework for business use cases
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and ERP
• Implement observability and performance monitoring of AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI agents in enterprise platforms

Job description

AI Engineer (RAG Knowledge Fabric) to lead the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem for secure enterprise knowledge discovery and retrieval in store operations and maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the RAG and Knowledge Fabric ecosystem so AI agents can securely discover, retrieve, and use enterprise knowledge from multiple systems
• Deliver accurate, explainable, and context-aware recommendations for store operations, equipment maintenance, and business workflows
• Design and develop scalable AI agent workflows using the Agentic Framework
• Apply prompt engineering to improve agent interaction quality and task accuracy
• Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and semantic search
• Architect multiagent orchestration approaches to support complex AI workflows
• Develop and maintain AI agents based on the Agentic Framework for specific business use cases
• Optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise content repositories
• Perform prompt engineering to create reasoning frameworks, guardrails, and agent instructions that improve response quality
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems for interoperability via APIs, ERP, and operational tools
• Implement observability, tracing, and performance monitoring to maintain AI system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise platforms and business workflows
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance to drive reliability improvements and continuous iteration
• Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI and GenAI technologies within the Blueverse ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, AI architects, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
• Research and apply new techniques in agentic AI and prompt engineering to drive innovation
